Returns

We do not accept any returns of orders on DanEats however, if you have received the wrong or damaged order/items, please contact us immediately on Whatsapp and we will assist you accordingly.

Refunds
Once we received your enquiry, we will inspect it and notify you should we wish to refund you for your wrong or damaged order.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 working days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
